Express Facial

I had booked a a 1.30pm appointment on the website and was called almost immediately to reschedule me to 1.00pm. I arrived at 1.00pm and was kept waiting for 20 minutes while they finished with another client. I fail to understand the need to reschedule if you can't honor that time! I was attended to by Sam who apologised vaguely. I feel the staff have no respect for people's time at all. During the facial Sam asked me if I knew what the service entailed and I told him I know it includes cleansing, steaming, exfoliating and mask. He told him there's no masking yet I had seen on the website it includes an hydrating mask. I know a lot about skincare and there's no way I'd have chosen a service that does not include masking. Immediately after on checking the website I saw they had edited the description for this facial. I will not be taking up the discount and have no desire to patronise this spa again. They're unprofessional and offer mediocre services
