Can You Use Salicylic Acid Daily?

Yes, but start slow depending on the form and concentration you are using, whether it is a cleanser, toner, serum or moisturizer.

Everyone’s skin is unique, and not everyone can tolerate active ingredients like Salicylic acid at the same percentage or frequency, a bit like not everyone can comfortably eat spicy food. Begin with a few applications per week, especially for toners and serums, and increase as your skin adjusts.

Cleansers are gentler since they rinse off most skin types (except the super sensitive) can handle them daily.

Is Salicylic Acid Good for Spots?
